For all orders, please allow 2-3 days for us to process and package your shipment. We offer free local pick up within the downtown core of Toronto. All items are subject to a shipping fee which is calculated at checkout based on the destination. For all orders outside of Canada, customers are responsible for paying applicable taxes, duties and customs fees.

We cannot guarantee that a sold out item will be restocked, but please feel free to email info@leannemarchandstudio.com to inquire about future restocks.


How do I care for my pillow?

All pillows are handmade in our studio and should only be dry cleaned or spot cleaned.


Do you offer warranty?

We do not offer warranty on items at this time. We are only responsible for the replacement of items that arrive broken or in damaged condition due to shipping. It is the customers responsibility to contact us immediately in the event of receiving a defective item to arrange replacement.
