The coupe plate has a matte harvest glaze which has been hand thrown by LA based ceramicist Shoshi Watanabe who’s aesthetic blends both California and Japanese sensibilities. This plate perfectly blends both a plate and a bowl with higher sides making it the ideal dish for salad, pasta or a dinner plate.  The versatile coupe plate could also be used as a serving dish.  The glaze creates a unique and beautiful finish on each cup. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight differences and colour is to be expected and embraced.
